You will assist the Executive Assistants and the Managing Director, who are based in our London office.
Duties will include the following:
• Answer calls, handling them in a polite and efficient manner, following instructions provided
• Manage, organise and update relevant client data using database applications
• IT literacy including all Microsoft Office products
• Good written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisation and administration skills
• Ability to use own initiative as well as listen, understand and respond to situations that arise
• Self-motivation, the ability to work alone as well as within a team environment

Quilliam is seeking FRENCH, ARABIC and GERMAN speakers to work in the Policy and Communications team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a major CVE project and work with a small, dynamic team. The internship is for three months, with the possibility of extension and will be for approximately 3 days a week (with the potential for 5 days if available).
