Maajid told of his journey in and out of Islamism, analysed the causes of radicalisation, and discussed how such causes can be addressed. The audience comprised of key agencies including universities, local governments and police. Other speakers included the Imam and community leader Dr Musharraf Hussain, Director of the Karimia Institute.
